Episode 25–Incomparable endurance
第二十五回—堅毅無雙
Mo glares at the scene before his eyes: Po backs for a couple of steps with shaking while the Dragon sword is simultaneously drawn out from Doug’s body — the sword is stabbed at the spot only 2 inches away from the heart. If it were lower a bit, Doug must be dead. Nevertheless, just for such a bit, Doug survives and just sits down on the root of the tree while pressing her bleeding wound.
莫天臉現怒色看著眼前的一切:童博全身發抖向後退了兩步,神龍劍便順勢從豆豆身上抽了出來—那一劍刺在心臟上方僅二寸處,如果再低一點,豆豆肯定沒命了,可是就差這麼一點,豆豆沒死,只是伸手按住冒血的傷口,坐倒在樹根上
Mo :(stares at Po) Why do you just hurt her! Go kill her and cut her head off!
莫:(怒視童博)你怎麼只刺傷她!去殺了她,把她的頭給我砍下來!
Po watches his blood-stained sword with dull eye and, suddenly, a burst of fierce, sharp qi-goon energy is attacking toward him. He blocks it with the sword immediately yet is forced back for two steps. Po looks forward and sees Shin has stopped Doug’s bleeding by pushing her bleed-stop spot then stands up and looks back at him.
童博眼神呆滯的看著手中染血的神龍劍,突然從他側邊,一陣凌厲的銳風襲來,他立刻回劍檔格,竟被震的退了兩步,他抬眼望去,見到童心已幫豆豆點穴止血,然後站起身來回望他
Shin :(looks straight at Po) Elder bro., you....you actually had the heart to hurt her...(points at Doug) She is your fiancée!! (Po stands there like being at sea while Shin angrily points at him) You are a demon!!
心:(直視童博)大哥,你...你連她都能傷害...(指著豆豆) 她是你未婚妻啊!! (童博茫然站在那,童心則憤然指著童博)你是個大魔頭!!
Doug :(severe countenance) Shut up, Shin! How could you say that to your brother!
豆:(厲色)童心住口!你怎麼能這麼說你大哥!
Shin :(raises up the Thunder sword) Elder bro., you are so cruel to Sec. bro., aunty and even Doug. I can’t hope you will wake up by yourself anymore...(in a stern voice) I am gonna wake you by fight!! (thrusts forward swiftly)
心:(舉起法雷劍)大哥,你對二哥,姨姨甚至豆豆,都是這麼殘忍,我不能再期望你會自己清醒了....(厲聲)我要打醒你!!(一劍刺出)
This time, Shin certainly fights with his 100% power while Po cannot get rid of confused and painful feeling. Therefore, Shin is able to draw this fight with his wounded left arm. Furthermore, Shin is chanting the sorcery words to gather the energy so he can apply the wind-thunder integrated sorcery after 100 rounds. He uses wind as the wall to surround them while controls thunder to strike Po. Po, then, runs around him rapidly to seek a chance to hit him with Long-shen-goon. Seeing all these, Mo sneers.
童心這次使出了十成功力,童博則是心中揮不去混亂和疼痛的感覺,是以童心雖然左臂有傷,還是跟童博鬥了個旗鼓相當,而且同時唸咒聚氣,到了百招之後,童心聚氣完成,使出了風雷合擊之術,以風為壁圍住了他和童博,並降雷直擊童博,童博便繞著他飛快轉圈,企圖找尋機會用龍神功撞他;莫天看到此刻,冷笑了幾聲
Mo: Hum...Tung Po’s martial art is great while Tung Shin’s sorcery is splendid. This fight between brothers should be worthy to watch yet I have to do the first thing first! (swiftly moving forward)
莫:哼哼,童博武功高強,童心法術厲害,本來這場兄弟鬩牆是挺好看的,可惜我得先辦正事了!(向前掠出)
Mo goes around Shin’s wind wall and sends out a box toward Doug. Just when Shin is tending to block it with sorcery, Mo is forced away by two shot arrows.
莫天繞過童心的風壁,一掌向豆豆拍出,童心正想設法施術抵擋,莫天卻已被兩支箭逼開
Zen :(holding the final sacred arrow and staring at Mo) Mo Tien, you should ask for the permission of Tung’s tribe leader before you take the magic mirror! (begins to attack Mo)
戰:(手持最後一支聖箭,瞪著莫天)莫天,你想拿靈鏡,得先問問童氏族長!(向莫天攻了過去)
This moment, Xue rushes to Doug and takes out Doug’s family heritage wound medicine to dress the wound for her. Xue, then, with tears in her eyes, watches Doug.
此時天雪奔到了豆豆身邊,從她身上拿出家傳金創藥,幫她包紮,然後眼眶盈淚地看著她
Xue :(remorseful expression) Doug, it is all because of me and my lousy idea that you got such severe injury...
雪:(悔恨的表情)豆豆,都是我的餿主意,才害你受了這麼重的傷...
Doug :(seriously) No...You are right. Po hasn’t killed me and...the magic mirror...is still on me...
豆:(正色)不...你沒錯,童大哥還是沒殺我....靈鏡...也還在我身上.....
However, Zen’s situation is not good now. Although he chose close attack to make it difficult for Mo to apply the sorcery, Mo’s martial art is enough to suppress him. Mo, soon, expels him 10 feet away with a box then is about to grab Doug. Xue gets up and tries to block. But, she is gripped and tossed aside. Mo, with a grim smile, approaches Doug, who has no defence now.
不過這會兒童戰卻不妙了,雖然他選擇近身攻擊,讓莫天難以施展法術,可莫天的武功也是高於他,不久就一掌把他震出十尺之外,然後一爪向豆豆抓去,天雪起身還擊,卻被抓住摔在一旁,莫天獰笑一聲,再次逼向已無人保護的豆豆
Mo is, unexpectedly, bounced back by a layer of sorcery barrier. He looks forward with morose countenance and sees Yin Zhong has leisurely stood in front of Doug — He arrives so late because he could not recognize Mo’s location and keep up with him closely since Mo was riding and exposed little evil atmosphere. Besides, Mo has set several sorcery barriers on the road. Therefore, Zhong had to randomly search Doug and the others after he reached the turning of road. He hurried here as soon as he found Shin’s thunder sorcery.
不料莫天居然被一層結界震開,他面色陰沉地向前望去,見到尹仲已神定氣閑的站在豆豆面前--原來莫天選擇洩漏魔氣最少的騎馬方式追趕,又在路上設了些結界,使得尹仲到了岔路口之後,就辨不清他的方位,只有在山中亂找,直到看見童心的雷光,才趕了過來
Mo utters a humph then sends out a box to Zhong. Zhong confronts it with a box, too. They compete with sorcery-integrated qi-goon and caused a storm in 10 yards range. Zen dashes to Doug and Xue and covers them with his body. Even Po and Shin also cannot but stop their fight then shield their head with hand. Soon, Mo and Zhong separate while both utter a loud roar. Mo raises his right hand and watches burnt palm for a while then abruptly jumps up and leaves with moving skill. Po changes to the dragon shadow and follows him. Shin tends to chase them but is held by Zhong.
莫天悶哼一聲,一掌向尹仲擊出,尹仲出掌抵擋,和莫天以混有法術的內功相拼,十丈之內立刻飛沙走石,童戰奔到天雪和豆豆身邊,用身子護住了她們,連童博和童心都不得不暫停打鬥,以手遮住頭臉,不久之後莫尹兩人同時大吼一聲,分了開來,莫天舉起右手,看了被燒焦的掌心一眼,突然一躍而起,飛身離去,童博也化身龍影跟著他走了,童心本來想追,卻被尹仲叫住
Zhong :(deep voice) Don’t chase them. Now we all depend on you....(spits out some blood then falls down)
仲:(沉聲)別去追,現在大家,只有靠你了......(噴出一口鮮血,倒在地上)

Xue has been injured as Mo Tien invaded the hidden land. This time she got hurt again so she fell into coma for a whole day because of her bad condition. When she wakes up, it is already nightfall of the next day and Zen is napping on her bedside. Zen wakes as soon as she makes some moves.
天雪在莫天侵入水月洞天時就已受傷,這次傷上加傷,一回御劍山莊就昏睡了一整天,當她睜開眼,已是第二天傍晚,童戰正在她床邊打盹,她動了一下,童戰就醒了
Zen :(holds her shoulder and smiles) Xue, thank god you wake up. Don’t hurry to get up. I will bring your medicine here.
戰:(微笑扶住她肩膀)天雪,你醒啦,別忙著起來,我去拿藥給你吃
Zen walks out and asks an iron-guard to notice Yin Xiu, who just hurried here from the hidden land then pours out some warm medicine to a bowl from a pot on a little charcoal stove. He brings the medicine to Xue and supports her up to lean against the headboard of bed. He, then, spoons up some medicine, blows on it and sends it toward Xue’s mouth.
童戰走出房,叫一個鐵衛去通知從水月洞天趕來的隱修,然後從一個小炭爐上倒出一碗溫熱的藥,端到天雪床前,把天雪扶起靠在床頭,舀起一匙藥吹了吹,送到天雪口邊
Zen :(with ingenuous smile) I...I have not done this for a long time. Don’t be impatient at my clumsiness, Ok?
戰:(憨憨的笑)我...我很久沒做這檔事兒了,你可別嫌我笨手笨腳阿!
Xue shakes her head while her eyes are full of tears then takes that medicine. Just after Zen fed her with two more spoons of medicine, he finds Tie Lan is standing at the door so he lets him in. Tie Lan comes for instructions about when to bury Tien-Qi and who to be the succeeding manor master. After a brief thinking, Xue wants him to hold the funeral procession in a low key tomorrow but keep the memorial hall until they eliminate Mo Tien and process an official last rites. And, the title of master will be on Xue for the present while every regular matter is going to be handled by Lan. Lan said yes and is about to leave but he is stopped by Xue for an iron-guard stands behind him looks familiar to Xue. It is Chi Lie!
天雪眼眶濕潤,搖了搖頭,把那匙藥喝了,童戰又餵了兩匙,發現鐵嵐站在門口,就讓他進來,他是來請示天雪何時將天奇下葬,還有繼任莊主之事,天雪想了一下,要他明日就低調出殯,但是保留靈堂,等莫天之事解決後再正式發喪,莊主之名由自己暫代,但一切事務皆由鐵嵐先行處理,鐵嵐應諾之後,正要離去,天雪卻發現鐵嵐身後有個鐵衛很面熟,竟是祁烈!
It turned out to be that Chi Lie was seriously injured by Po in the secret village but not dead. However, realizing Po is much stronger than he is; he actually faked his death and allowed Po’s killing other people. He, then, exerted his effort to escape from the village then hid in a remote town to rest himself. When returned the Wan-Ren clique later, he, to his surprise, found that his master and master’s daughter are all dead while Rusty nose is lying in bed for the serious injury. The whole clique becomes chaotic as has no leader. Chi Lie knows it’s impossible for him to be the master since, caused by the injury, his martial art level has been much lower than he was before. Furthermore, as the head senior, he may be murdered by someone who wants to be the master so he left his original party and requested Yu-Jian manor’s asylum. Tie Lan tested him and found his martial art is no doubt inferior to what he possessed as he proudly came here last time. Therefore, after talking with Doug, Lan decided to take him in then waits for Xue’s final determination.
原來祁烈在密村時被童博打成重傷,並沒有死,可他知道自己不是童博對手,竟裝死任由童博殺死其他人,然後撐著逃出密村,在一個偏僻小鎮養傷,不料等他傷癒回到萬刃門,師父師妹都已身亡,銹鼻重傷卧床,萬刃門群龍無首,一團混亂,他知道武功已大不如前的自己不但坐不穩掌門之位,還可能被害,就拋棄師門來求御劍山莊收留,鐵嵐當場出手試他,發現他的武功真的比以前耀武揚威來莊之時差了很多,於是和豆豆商量之後,決定暫時收留他,等天雪回來再說,
Comprehending all these, Xue calls Lan to closely talk with her.
天雪明瞭了經過,便把鐵嵐叫到床邊
Xue :(lower voice) Even if we do need help hands now, I don’t trust this Chi Lie much. He could desert his original party now then he will desert us someday.
雪:(低聲)雖說現在需要人手,可這祁烈我不太信得過,他能背叛師門,有一天也會背叛我們
Lan: You have your point, Madam. It’s just that he is not the only one who requested our asylum from the Wan-Ren clique in these days so it’s kind of unreasonable to solely refuse him. And....(lowers his head and hesitates for awhile) And, if the late master were alive, he would agree this.
嵐:小姐說的有理,只是萬刃門這些天來投靠御劍山莊的其實也不只他一人,單單拒絕他好像說不出口,而且....(低頭遲疑一會)而且如果莊主在世,必會收留他的
Xue sighs. With his kind character, Tien-Qi surely will accept Chi Lie. Now it is not the most important thing so Xue just reminds Lan of keeping an eye on Chi Lie then lets them go. Soon after Lan left, Yin Xiu shows up while heaving deep sighs. Zen calls him to come in and asks him. He says Doug refuses to take medicine. Zen and Xue both sighs. It’s only natural to be disheartened when one is severely hurt by her lover.
天雪嘆了一聲,以天奇善良性格,的確會收留祁烈,眼下這也不是最重要之事,只得吩咐鐵嵐多多注意祁烈,便讓他們下去了,鐵嵐剛走,隱修就唉聲嘆氣的走到門前,童戰把他叫進來問,原來是豆豆不肯吃藥,戰雪都嘆了一聲,被心愛的人傷成這樣,任誰都會心灰意冷的
Xiu: That mean girl, Tung Qian, said she has an idea for this but I think she will make things worse!
修:童茜那兇丫頭說她有辦法,我看她只有越弄越擰!
Zen, after thinks for a moment, realizes who Xiu mentioned is Aunt Tung. He looks at Xue while they both guess Aunt Tung may pinch Doug’s nose and pour the medicine into her mouth by force.
童戰還想了想才明白隱修指的是童媽,他和天雪互望了一眼,都想童媽也許會揑著豆豆鼻子,把藥灌下去

At this time, Ling is persuading Doug to take the medicine while Doug is leaning against the headboard of bed and facing the wall without saying a word.
此時金靈正在勸豆豆吃藥,豆豆卻只是靠在床頭望著牆壁,一句話也不說
Ling :(holds the bowl in one hand and pulls Doug’s sleeve with the other) Sis. Doug, I know you must be in a deep sorrow. When my parents died, I was so sad that almost committed a suicide as well. However, on second thought, I decided to live because my parent won’t rest in peace if I died, too. (exhales) Shin is right. I am the extension of their life and must live well! (looks at Doug) Sis. Doug, I don’t know where your parents are but I do believe they will hope you live soundly. Think about Shin, Zen, and Sis. Xue....Compare to a no-heart jerk, aren’t these people who really care about you more important?
靈:(一手端著藥碗,一手拉著豆豆袖子)豆大姐,我知道你很難過,我爹娘死時,我也幾乎不想活了,可是再想想,我死了他們不更傷心?(吁了口氣)童心說的對,我是她們生命的延續,要好好活下去!(望著豆豆)豆大姐,我不知你爹娘在哪,不過他們也一定希望你好好活著,還有童心,童二哥,雪大姐....比起一個沒良心的人,這些真正關心你的人,不是更重要?
Doug is still without any movement. While Ling is more anxious, Shin walks in.
豆豆還是不言不動,金靈正覺得著急,童心走了進來
Shin: (looks at Ling) Is she still unwilling to take?
心:(望著金靈)她還是不肯吃?
Ling pouts and nods. Shin walks to the bed and is also about to persuade Doug. Doug, all of a sudden, speaks.
金靈扁著嘴點點頭,童心走到床邊,也想勸勸豆豆,豆豆卻突然出聲
Doug :(flat voice) Save your breath. I promised him to live under any situation. However, he doesn’t care about me anymore then why do I have to keep my promise to him? (closes her eyes then two streams of tear flow down along her cheeks)
豆:(平板的聲音)你們不用再勸了,我答應過他好好活著,可他現在不在乎我了,我還守著這承諾做啥?(閉上眼睛,兩行淚順著臉頰流下)
Shin and Ling look each other and both show worrying expressions. This moment, Aunt Tung quickly walks in and directly takes over the bowl from Ling then sits on the bedside in no time.
心靈互望了一眼,都是滿面愁容,這時童媽卻跑了進來,二話不說的就從金靈手上接過藥碗,一屁股坐在豆豆床邊
Aunt Tung :(smiles) My dear Doug, I know the medicine tastes awful. Those three brothers tried to avoid taking medicine by every possible means in their childhood. Therefore, I often had to paralyze them and feed them the medicine by mouth to mouth way. (spoons up some medicine) Now, you don’t move and Aunt Tung will feed you as well! (holds the medicine in her mouth then makes her face close to Doug)
童媽:(微笑)豆豆呀,我知道藥不好吃,那三個小鬼小時候也是千方百計的不肯吃藥,我常常得點了他們穴道,然後嘴對嘴的哺給他們吃,(舀起一匙藥)現在你也別動,童媽照樣餵你吃!(把藥含到口裏,然後把臉向豆豆湊過去)
Doug :(shocked) No! It’s not right!
豆:(大驚)不!這不好!
Aunt Tung :(swallows the medicine) We are both women. Why do you feel embarrassed? Or, you see me as Pony, Ok? (holds some medicine in her mouth again)
[god knows, Po and Doug have never kissed yet!]
童媽:(把藥吞下)都是女人,有什麼好害臊的?不然你把我當小博子好了!(又含起一口藥)
[天曉得,博豆根本還沒吻過呢!]
Doug :(hurriedly waves her right hand) NONONONONO! It’s still not good...not right...not proper...(her movement is so intense that makes her wound hurt. She cannot help groaning and drawing her hand back to press her wound)
豆:(右手亂搖)不不不不不!還是不好...不行....不妥.......(她動作太大牽動了傷口,忍不住呻吟了幾聲,縮手扶著傷口)
Aunt Tung :(swallows the medicine again, seriously) We are women in Wu-lin. Don’t be fussy like an old lady. In short, you drink or I feed!
童媽:(又把藥吞下,正色)咱們習武之人,別婆婆媽媽的,一句話,你喝還是我餵!
Doug bears pain and glances Aunt Tung for awhile then takes over the bowl.
豆豆忍痛望了童媽幾眼,伸手接過了藥碗
Doug: I...I drink...(drinks some at once)
豆:我...我喝....(馬上喝了一口)
Ling is stunned while Shin is doing his best to hold laughing then looks at Ling.
金靈目瞪口呆,童心則是拼命忍住笑,望向金靈
Shin: There is no our job here now. Let’s go!
心:這裡沒我們的事兒了,出去吧!
Ling nods and walks out with Shin. They stroll to a little garden and Ling, then, breaks the silence.
金靈點了點頭,跟童心走出了房間,他們走到一個小院裡漫步著,金靈突然打破沉默
Ling: Frankly, knowing her lover is just your darn Elder brother, I don’t like to talk with Sis. Doug at first even though she is not bad. (Shin stops and looks at her while she looks at him, too) However, after the late event, I sincerely respect her. (sighs) If I were her while my lover were so bad, deaf to the advices and even stabbed me with sword, I would be so ashamed and resentful that kill myself with Frozen-cyan!
靈:其實本來,因為知道她愛的就是你那個臭大哥,所以雖然豆大姐不是壞人,我卻不太想理她(童心停步望著她,她也望向童心)可經過這次的事,我很佩服她,(嘆了一聲)如果換了是我,心愛的人如此作惡多端又不聽勸,還刺我一劍,我恐怕早就羞憤得拿凝碧劍抹脖子了!
Shin :(exhales) I told you that elder bro. was not like this before. (talks slowly) It was me who did wrong thing then. It’s blessed that I didn’t hurt Elder bro. and Sec. bro....(lowers his head)
心:(吁了口氣)我告訴過你,大哥原來不是這樣的,(緩緩的說)反倒是我,那時候曾經做錯事,好在沒傷了大哥二哥....(低下頭去)
Ling: You said you haven’t remembered all the then matters yet but I still want to know if you recall how Sis Doug and your Elder brother met each other and fell in love?(supports her cheek with her hand) Because I feel strange. You Tungs are so mysterious and stayed in that hidden land until 6 years ago. Granted that she met you because you got out, how could she lose her heart to one of you just like that?
靈:你說那時候的事你還沒有完全記起來,那你知不知道豆大姐和你大哥是怎麼相識,相愛的呢?(以手支頤)因為我覺得挺奇怪,你們姓童的這麼神秘,一直躲在那個水月洞天裏,就算因為你們三兄弟出來而有幸相識,怎麼會就愛上了呢?
Shin :(raises his corner of mouth) According to Sec. bro., she fell in love with elder bro. after being saved by him for several times. It is very natural to love a brave, smart and nice man like then Elder brother. (looks back at Ling) Nevertheless, the reason why Elder bro. loves her is a puzzle to himself. Sec. bro. said.
心:(嘴角微揚)據二哥所說,她是被大哥救了幾次之後,就愛上他了,像以前的大哥那樣勇敢溫柔又聰明的人,愛上他倒是很自然,(回頭望靈)至於大哥爲什麼喜歡她,二哥說大哥自己也糊裡糊塗的
Ling crooks her mouth for awhile. She doesn’t believe there will be a man loves a woman without a reason. It’s just Zen, an outsider, who couldn’t comprehend it.
金靈歪了歪嘴,她不相信真有糊裡糊塗愛上一個人的事,只是童戰這個局外人不了解罷了
Shin :(looks up to sky, continues) In fact, I remember some part of then things clearly. Like once I did a very bad thing, Sec. bro. hit me and she scolded me...(lowers his head and smiles) She scolded me severely and said I can kill her if I don’t want to submit to her words. However, I didn’t dare to even touch her and felt wronged and bullied.(smiles again)
心:(望著天空,續道)說真的,那時的事有些部分我印象滿深刻的,像有次我做了件很錯的事,二哥打我,她罵我...(低頭笑了一下)狠狠的罵,還叫我不服氣可以殺她,但是我居然不敢碰她,還很委屈,認為她欺負我(又笑笑)
Ling :(slightly surprised) You are so afraid of her?
靈:(微訝)你那麼怕她?
Shin :(looks back at Ling) It’s not “afraid of”. It should be “respect”. I love Elder brother so I respect Doug. I think although I was foolish then, I had already seen her as my sister-in-law.
心:(回頭望靈)不能說是怕,應當是敬,我愛大哥所以我敬重豆豆,我想雖然那時我腦子不太清楚,可我心裏已經把她當大嫂了
Ling nods. Shin continues.
金靈點點頭,童心則繼續說
Shin: Although I don’t comprehend how their affection began, I can understand why Elder bro. loves her so much later; As in Sec. bro.’s, Yin Xiu’s story and my own fragmental memory, she is the shadow of Elder bro..No matter how Elder brother treats her, she always follows him and always thinks for him. There is almost nothing can scare her back.
心:大哥對她的情怎麼開始的我不知,可是我能了解大哥為什麼後來那麼愛她;因為在二哥,隱修的故事還有我自己的片段記憶中,她就是大哥的影子,不管大哥怎麼對她,她總是跟在大哥身邊,總是為大哥著想,幾乎沒有東西可以使她退縮
Ling is kind of fascinated and contemplates the bamboos before her eyes for a while then looks back at Shin.
金靈悠然神往,凝視著眼前一片竹林片刻,回頭望著童心
Ling :(smiles) I think I must make good friends with her.(slightly holds back her smile) Uh, I hope she can be more relaxed and become sound soon.
靈:(微笑)我想我一定能跟她成為好朋友的(笑容微斂)唉,希望她能看開點,快點好起來
Shin :(smiles) Don’t worry. After straighten out her mind, she should take the medicine even if there is no Aunty’s enforcement. For Elder bro., she will never give up her life easily. (makes a long exhaling) She is the most persistent lady I know.
心:(微笑)你放心,就算沒有姨姨逼,她想通以後應該還是會吃藥的,為了大哥,她絕不會輕易放棄生命,(喟然)她是我所認識的,最堅毅的女子
Now, a puff of wind blows over and it makes the last red leaf on a maple tree fall. Ling, then, catches it. Maybe the leaf is not the most beautiful one on this tree but, for lasting to the end, its moving red is incomparable.
此時一陣微涼的風吹過,一株楓樹上的最後一片紅葉飄落,金靈伸手接住了它,也許這片葉子不是整棵樹上最美的,但因為它堅持到了最後一刻,那份叫人心動的紅,卻是獨一無二

Aunt Tung watches Doug finished her medicine and helps her to lie down then stands up.
童媽盯著豆豆喝完了藥,扶她躺下,然後站起身來
Aunt Tung :(smiles) Take a good rest. I am going to make my forte dessert — malt candy for you!
童媽:(微笑)你好好的休息,我等會作我最拿手的麥糖給你吃!
Doug squeezes out a smile then hides into the blanket.

Episode 26– The Massacre
第二十六回—血流成河
After going back to the King’s temple, Mo Tien keeps pacing in the grand hall. The injury he got is lesser than Yin Zhong’s but his mood is annoyed. He shoots a glance at Po.
莫天回到了天王殿,在大廳裏踱著步,他的傷比尹仲輕,可是心情卻很煩躁,他瞥了童博一眼
Mo :(thinks) It is unexpected to me that creating an immortal demon-human 500 years ago is rearing a tiger to bite me! (paces for another few steps) Tung Yin-Zhong should be also hurt yet since we haven’t got the magic mirror, they must conceal it with sorcery seal. It will be hard to find it out again. During our seeking, they certainly will attack here!(turns to see Po) The most troubling thing is that Tung Po defied my order in front of my eyes and had not killed any other of them before that. (narrows his eyes) I could not apply the soul-sharing sorcery on him anymore or I will damage my vigor...It looks that I should retire my hound, Tung Po, as soon as possible....(grimly smiles) It’s fortunate that there is another way besides the magic mirror....

第二十五回—堅毅無雙
Mo glares at the scene before his eyes: Po backs for a couple of steps with shaking while the Dragon sword is simultaneously drawn out from Doug’s body — the sword is stabbed at the spot only 2 inches away from the heart. If it were lower a bit, Doug must be dead. Nevertheless, just for such a bit, Doug survives and just sits down on the root of the tree while pressing her bleeding wound.
莫天臉現怒色看著眼前的一切:童博全身發抖向後退了兩步,神龍劍便順勢從豆豆身上抽了出來—那一劍刺在心臟上方僅二寸處,如果再低一點,豆豆肯定沒命了,可是就差這麼一點,豆豆沒死,只是伸手按住冒血的傷口,坐倒在樹根上
Mo :(stares at Po) Why do you just hurt her! Go kill her and cut her head off!
莫:(怒視童博)你怎麼只刺傷她!去殺了她,把她的頭給我砍下來!
Po watches his blood-stained sword with dull eye and, suddenly, a burst of fierce, sharp qi-goon energy is attacking toward him. He blocks it with the sword immediately yet is forced back for two steps. Po looks forward and sees Shin has stopped Doug’s bleeding by pushing her bleed-stop spot then stands up and looks back at him.
童博眼神呆滯的看著手中染血的神龍劍,突然從他側邊,一陣凌厲的銳風襲來,他立刻回劍檔格,竟被震的退了兩步,他抬眼望去,見到童心已幫豆豆點穴止血,然後站起身來回望他
Shin :(looks straight at Po) Elder bro., you....you actually had the heart to hurt her...(points at Doug) She is your fiancée!! (Po stands there like being at sea while Shin angrily points at him) You are a demon!!
心:(直視童博)大哥,你...你連她都能傷害...(指著豆豆) 她是你未婚妻啊!! (童博茫然站在那,童心則憤然指著童博)你是個大魔頭!!
Doug :(severe countenance) Shut up, Shin! How could you say that to your brother!
豆:(厲色)童心住口!你怎麼能這麼說你大哥!
Shin :(raises up the Thunder sword) Elder bro., you are so cruel to Sec. bro., aunty and even Doug. I can’t hope you will wake up by yourself anymore...(in a stern voice) I am gonna wake you by fight!! (thrusts forward swiftly)
心:(舉起法雷劍)大哥,你對二哥,姨姨甚至豆豆,都是這麼殘忍,我不能再期望你會自己清醒了....(厲聲)我要打醒你!!(一劍刺出)
This time, Shin certainly fights with his 100% power while Po cannot get rid of confused and painful feeling. Therefore, Shin is able to draw this fight with his wounded left arm. Furthermore, Shin is chanting the sorcery words to gather the energy so he can apply the wind-thunder integrated sorcery after 100 rounds. He uses wind as the wall to surround them while controls thunder to strike Po. Po, then, runs around him rapidly to seek a chance to hit him with Long-shen-goon. Seeing all these, Mo sneers.
童心這次使出了十成功力,童博則是心中揮不去混亂和疼痛的感覺,是以童心雖然左臂有傷,還是跟童博鬥了個旗鼓相當,而且同時唸咒聚氣,到了百招之後,童心聚氣完成,使出了風雷合擊之術,以風為壁圍住了他和童博,並降雷直擊童博,童博便繞著他飛快轉圈,企圖找尋機會用龍神功撞他;莫天看到此刻,冷笑了幾聲
Mo: Hum...Tung Po’s martial art is great while Tung Shin’s sorcery is splendid. This fight between brothers should be worthy to watch yet I have to do the first thing first! (swiftly moving forward)
莫:哼哼,童博武功高強,童心法術厲害,本來這場兄弟鬩牆是挺好看的,可惜我得先辦正事了!(向前掠出)
Mo goes around Shin’s wind wall and sends out a box toward Doug. Just when Shin is tending to block it with sorcery, Mo is forced away by two shot arrows.
莫天繞過童心的風壁,一掌向豆豆拍出,童心正想設法施術抵擋,莫天卻已被兩支箭逼開
Zen :(holding the final sacred arrow and staring at Mo) Mo Tien, you should ask for the permission of Tung’s tribe leader before you take the magic mirror! (begins to attack Mo)
戰:(手持最後一支聖箭,瞪著莫天)莫天,你想拿靈鏡,得先問問童氏族長!(向莫天攻了過去)
This moment, Xue rushes to Doug and takes out Doug’s family heritage wound medicine to dress the wound for her. Xue, then, with tears in her eyes, watches Doug.
此時天雪奔到了豆豆身邊,從她身上拿出家傳金創藥,幫她包紮,然後眼眶盈淚地看著她
Xue :(remorseful expression) Doug, it is all because of me and my lousy idea that you got such severe injury...
雪:(悔恨的表情)豆豆,都是我的餿主意,才害你受了這麼重的傷...
Doug :(seriously) No...You are right. Po hasn’t killed me and...the magic mirror...is still on me...
豆:(正色)不...你沒錯,童大哥還是沒殺我....靈鏡...也還在我身上.....
However, Zen’s situation is not good now. Although he chose close attack to make it difficult for Mo to apply the sorcery, Mo’s martial art is enough to suppress him. Mo, soon, expels him 10 feet away with a box then is about to grab Doug. Xue gets up and tries to block. But, she is gripped and tossed aside. Mo, with a grim smile, approaches Doug, who has no defence now.
不過這會兒童戰卻不妙了,雖然他選擇近身攻擊,讓莫天難以施展法術,可莫天的武功也是高於他,不久就一掌把他震出十尺之外,然後一爪向豆豆抓去,天雪起身還擊,卻被抓住摔在一旁,莫天獰笑一聲,再次逼向已無人保護的豆豆
Mo is, unexpectedly, bounced back by a layer of sorcery barrier. He looks forward with morose countenance and sees Yin Zhong has leisurely stood in front of Doug — He arrives so late because he could not recognize Mo’s location and keep up with him closely since Mo was riding and exposed little evil atmosphere. Besides, Mo has set several sorcery barriers on the road. Therefore, Zhong had to randomly search Doug and the others after he reached the turning of road. He hurried here as soon as he found Shin’s thunder sorcery.
不料莫天居然被一層結界震開,他面色陰沉地向前望去,見到尹仲已神定氣閑的站在豆豆面前--原來莫天選擇洩漏魔氣最少的騎馬方式追趕,又在路上設了些結界,使得尹仲到了岔路口之後,就辨不清他的方位,只有在山中亂找,直到看見童心的雷光,才趕了過來
Mo utters a humph then sends out a box to Zhong. Zhong confronts it with a box, too. They compete with sorcery-integrated qi-goon and caused a storm in 10 yards range. Zen dashes to Doug and Xue and covers them with his body. Even Po and Shin also cannot but stop their fight then shield their head with hand. Soon, Mo and Zhong separate while both utter a loud roar. Mo raises his right hand and watches burnt palm for a while then abruptly jumps up and leaves with moving skill. Po changes to the dragon shadow and follows him. Shin tends to chase them but is held by Zhong.
莫天悶哼一聲,一掌向尹仲擊出,尹仲出掌抵擋,和莫天以混有法術的內功相拼,十丈之內立刻飛沙走石,童戰奔到天雪和豆豆身邊,用身子護住了她們,連童博和童心都不得不暫停打鬥,以手遮住頭臉,不久之後莫尹兩人同時大吼一聲,分了開來,莫天舉起右手,看了被燒焦的掌心一眼,突然一躍而起,飛身離去,童博也化身龍影跟著他走了,童心本來想追,卻被尹仲叫住
Zhong :(deep voice) Don’t chase them. Now we all depend on you....(spits out some blood then falls down)
仲:(沉聲)別去追,現在大家,只有靠你了......(噴出一口鮮血,倒在地上)

Xue has been injured as Mo Tien invaded the hidden land. This time she got hurt again so she fell into coma for a whole day because of her bad condition. When she wakes up, it is already nightfall of the next day and Zen is napping on her bedside. Zen wakes as soon as she makes some moves.
天雪在莫天侵入水月洞天時就已受傷,這次傷上加傷,一回御劍山莊就昏睡了一整天,當她睜開眼,已是第二天傍晚,童戰正在她床邊打盹,她動了一下,童戰就醒了
Zen :(holds her shoulder and smiles) Xue, thank god you wake up. Don’t hurry to get up. I will bring your medicine here.
戰:(微笑扶住她肩膀)天雪,你醒啦,別忙著起來,我去拿藥給你吃
Zen walks out and asks an iron-guard to notice Yin Xiu, who just hurried here from the hidden land then pours out some warm medicine to a bowl from a pot on a little charcoal stove. He brings the medicine to Xue and supports her up to lean against the headboard of bed. He, then, spoons up some medicine, blows on it and sends it toward Xue’s mouth.
童戰走出房,叫一個鐵衛去通知從水月洞天趕來的隱修,然後從一個小炭爐上倒出一碗溫熱的藥,端到天雪床前,把天雪扶起靠在床頭,舀起一匙藥吹了吹,送到天雪口邊
Zen :(with ingenuous smile) I...I have not done this for a long time. Don’t be impatient at my clumsiness, Ok?
戰:(憨憨的笑)我...我很久沒做這檔事兒了,你可別嫌我笨手笨腳阿!
Xue shakes her head while her eyes are full of tears then takes that medicine. Just after Zen fed her with two more spoons of medicine, he finds Tie Lan is standing at the door so he lets him in. Tie Lan comes for instructions about when to bury Tien-Qi and who to be the succeeding manor master. After a brief thinking, Xue wants him to hold the funeral procession in a low key tomorrow but keep the memorial hall until they eliminate Mo Tien and process an official last rites. And, the title of master will be on Xue for the present while every regular matter is going to be handled by Lan. Lan said yes and is about to leave but he is stopped by Xue for an iron-guard stands behind him looks familiar to Xue. It is Chi Lie!
天雪眼眶濕潤,搖了搖頭,把那匙藥喝了,童戰又餵了兩匙,發現鐵嵐站在門口,就讓他進來,他是來請示天雪何時將天奇下葬,還有繼任莊主之事,天雪想了一下,要他明日就低調出殯,但是保留靈堂,等莫天之事解決後再正式發喪,莊主之名由自己暫代,但一切事務皆由鐵嵐先行處理,鐵嵐應諾之後,正要離去,天雪卻發現鐵嵐身後有個鐵衛很面熟,竟是祁烈!
It turned out to be that Chi Lie was seriously injured by Po in the secret village but not dead. However, realizing Po is much stronger than he is; he actually faked his death and allowed Po’s killing other people. He, then, exerted his effort to escape from the village then hid in a remote town to rest himself. When returned the Wan-Ren clique later, he, to his surprise, found that his master and master’s daughter are all dead while Rusty nose is lying in bed for the serious injury. The whole clique becomes chaotic as has no leader. Chi Lie knows it’s impossible for him to be the master since, caused by the injury, his martial art level has been much lower than he was before. Furthermore, as the head senior, he may be murdered by someone who wants to be the master so he left his original party and requested Yu-Jian manor’s asylum. Tie Lan tested him and found his martial art is no doubt inferior to what he possessed as he proudly came here last time. Therefore, after talking with Doug, Lan decided to take him in then waits for Xue’s final determination.
原來祁烈在密村時被童博打成重傷,並沒有死,可他知道自己不是童博對手,竟裝死任由童博殺死其他人,然後撐著逃出密村,在一個偏僻小鎮養傷,不料等他傷癒回到萬刃門,師父師妹都已身亡,銹鼻重傷卧床,萬刃門群龍無首,一團混亂,他知道武功已大不如前的自己不但坐不穩掌門之位,還可能被害,就拋棄師門來求御劍山莊收留,鐵嵐當場出手試他,發現他的武功真的比以前耀武揚威來莊之時差了很多,於是和豆豆商量之後,決定暫時收留他,等天雪回來再說,
Comprehending all these, Xue calls Lan to closely talk with her.
天雪明瞭了經過,便把鐵嵐叫到床邊
Xue :(lower voice) Even if we do need help hands now, I don’t trust this Chi Lie much. He could desert his original party now then he will desert us someday.
雪:(低聲)雖說現在需要人手,可這祁烈我不太信得過,他能背叛師門,有一天也會背叛我們
Lan: You have your point, Madam. It’s just that he is not the only one who requested our asylum from the Wan-Ren clique in these days so it’s kind of unreasonable to solely refuse him. And....(lowers his head and hesitates for awhile) And, if the late master were alive, he would agree this.
嵐:小姐說的有理,只是萬刃門這些天來投靠御劍山莊的其實也不只他一人,單單拒絕他好像說不出口,而且....(低頭遲疑一會)而且如果莊主在世,必會收留他的
Xue sighs. With his kind character, Tien-Qi surely will accept Chi Lie. Now it is not the most important thing so Xue just reminds Lan of keeping an eye on Chi Lie then lets them go. Soon after Lan left, Yin Xiu shows up while heaving deep sighs. Zen calls him to come in and asks him. He says Doug refuses to take medicine. Zen and Xue both sighs. It’s only natural to be disheartened when one is severely hurt by her lover.
天雪嘆了一聲,以天奇善良性格,的確會收留祁烈,眼下這也不是最重要之事,只得吩咐鐵嵐多多注意祁烈,便讓他們下去了,鐵嵐剛走,隱修就唉聲嘆氣的走到門前,童戰把他叫進來問,原來是豆豆不肯吃藥,戰雪都嘆了一聲,被心愛的人傷成這樣,任誰都會心灰意冷的
Xiu: That mean girl, Tung Qian, said she has an idea for this but I think she will make things worse!
修:童茜那兇丫頭說她有辦法,我看她只有越弄越擰!
Zen, after thinks for a moment, realizes who Xiu mentioned is Aunt Tung. He looks at Xue while they both guess Aunt Tung may pinch Doug’s nose and pour the medicine into her mouth by force.
童戰還想了想才明白隱修指的是童媽,他和天雪互望了一眼,都想童媽也許會揑著豆豆鼻子,把藥灌下去

At this time, Ling is persuading Doug to take the medicine while Doug is leaning against the headboard of bed and facing the wall without saying a word.
此時金靈正在勸豆豆吃藥,豆豆卻只是靠在床頭望著牆壁,一句話也不說
Ling :(holds the bowl in one hand and pulls Doug’s sleeve with the other) Sis. Doug, I know you must be in a deep sorrow. When my parents died, I was so sad that almost committed a suicide as well. However, on second thought, I decided to live because my parent won’t rest in peace if I died, too. (exhales) Shin is right. I am the extension of their life and must live well! (looks at Doug) Sis. Doug, I don’t know where your parents are but I do believe they will hope you live soundly. Think about Shin, Zen, and Sis. Xue....Compare to a no-heart jerk, aren’t these people who really care about you more important?
靈:(一手端著藥碗,一手拉著豆豆袖子)豆大姐,我知道你很難過,我爹娘死時,我也幾乎不想活了,可是再想想,我死了他們不更傷心?(吁了口氣)童心說的對,我是她們生命的延續,要好好活下去!(望著豆豆)豆大姐,我不知你爹娘在哪,不過他們也一定希望你好好活著,還有童心,童二哥,雪大姐....比起一個沒良心的人,這些真正關心你的人,不是更重要?
Doug is still without any movement. While Ling is more anxious, Shin walks in.
豆豆還是不言不動,金靈正覺得著急,童心走了進來
Shin: (looks at Ling) Is she still unwilling to take?
心:(望著金靈)她還是不肯吃?
Ling pouts and nods. Shin walks to the bed and is also about to persuade Doug. Doug, all of a sudden, speaks.
金靈扁著嘴點點頭,童心走到床邊,也想勸勸豆豆,豆豆卻突然出聲
Doug :(flat voice) Save your breath. I promised him to live under any situation. However, he doesn’t care about me anymore then why do I have to keep my promise to him? (closes her eyes then two streams of tear flow down along her cheeks)
豆:(平板的聲音)你們不用再勸了,我答應過他好好活著,可他現在不在乎我了,我還守著這承諾做啥?(閉上眼睛,兩行淚順著臉頰流下)
Shin and Ling look each other and both show worrying expressions. This moment, Aunt Tung quickly walks in and directly takes over the bowl from Ling then sits on the bedside in no time.
心靈互望了一眼,都是滿面愁容,這時童媽卻跑了進來,二話不說的就從金靈手上接過藥碗,一屁股坐在豆豆床邊
Aunt Tung :(smiles) My dear Doug, I know the medicine tastes awful. Those three brothers tried to avoid taking medicine by every possible means in their childhood. Therefore, I often had to paralyze them and feed them the medicine by mouth to mouth way. (spoons up some medicine) Now, you don’t move and Aunt Tung will feed you as well! (holds the medicine in her mouth then makes her face close to Doug)
童媽:(微笑)豆豆呀,我知道藥不好吃,那三個小鬼小時候也是千方百計的不肯吃藥,我常常得點了他們穴道,然後嘴對嘴的哺給他們吃,(舀起一匙藥)現在你也別動,童媽照樣餵你吃!(把藥含到口裏,然後把臉向豆豆湊過去)
Doug :(shocked) No! It’s not right!
豆:(大驚)不!這不好!
Aunt Tung :(swallows the medicine) We are both women. Why do you feel embarrassed? Or, you see me as Pony, Ok? (holds some medicine in her mouth again)
[god knows, Po and Doug have never kissed yet!]
童媽:(把藥吞下)都是女人,有什麼好害臊的?不然你把我當小博子好了!(又含起一口藥)
[天曉得,博豆根本還沒吻過呢!]
Doug :(hurriedly waves her right hand) NONONONONO! It’s still not good...not right...not proper...(her movement is so intense that makes her wound hurt. She cannot help groaning and drawing her hand back to press her wound)
豆:(右手亂搖)不不不不不!還是不好...不行....不妥.......(她動作太大牽動了傷口,忍不住呻吟了幾聲,縮手扶著傷口)
Aunt Tung :(swallows the medicine again, seriously) We are women in Wu-lin. Don’t be fussy like an old lady. In short, you drink or I feed!
童媽:(又把藥吞下,正色)咱們習武之人,別婆婆媽媽的,一句話,你喝還是我餵!
Doug bears pain and glances Aunt Tung for awhile then takes over the bowl.
豆豆忍痛望了童媽幾眼,伸手接過了藥碗
Doug: I...I drink...(drinks some at once)
豆:我...我喝....(馬上喝了一口)
Ling is stunned while Shin is doing his best to hold laughing then looks at Ling.
金靈目瞪口呆,童心則是拼命忍住笑,望向金靈
Shin: There is no our job here now. Let’s go!
心:這裡沒我們的事兒了,出去吧!
Ling nods and walks out with Shin. They stroll to a little garden and Ling, then, breaks the silence.
金靈點了點頭,跟童心走出了房間,他們走到一個小院裡漫步著,金靈突然打破沉默
Ling: Frankly, knowing her lover is just your darn Elder brother, I don’t like to talk with Sis. Doug at first even though she is not bad. (Shin stops and looks at her while she looks at him, too) However, after the late event, I sincerely respect her. (sighs) If I were her while my lover were so bad, deaf to the advices and even stabbed me with sword, I would be so ashamed and resentful that kill myself with Frozen-cyan!
靈:其實本來,因為知道她愛的就是你那個臭大哥,所以雖然豆大姐不是壞人,我卻不太想理她(童心停步望著她,她也望向童心)可經過這次的事,我很佩服她,(嘆了一聲)如果換了是我,心愛的人如此作惡多端又不聽勸,還刺我一劍,我恐怕早就羞憤得拿凝碧劍抹脖子了!
Shin :(exhales) I told you that elder bro. was not like this before. (talks slowly) It was me who did wrong thing then. It’s blessed that I didn’t hurt Elder bro. and Sec. bro....(lowers his head)
心:(吁了口氣)我告訴過你,大哥原來不是這樣的,(緩緩的說)反倒是我,那時候曾經做錯事,好在沒傷了大哥二哥....(低下頭去)
Ling: You said you haven’t remembered all the then matters yet but I still want to know if you recall how Sis Doug and your Elder brother met each other and fell in love?(supports her cheek with her hand) Because I feel strange. You Tungs are so mysterious and stayed in that hidden land until 6 years ago. Granted that she met you because you got out, how could she lose her heart to one of you just like that?
靈:你說那時候的事你還沒有完全記起來,那你知不知道豆大姐和你大哥是怎麼相識,相愛的呢?(以手支頤)因為我覺得挺奇怪,你們姓童的這麼神秘,一直躲在那個水月洞天裏,就算因為你們三兄弟出來而有幸相識,怎麼會就愛上了呢?
Shin :(raises his corner of mouth) According to Sec. bro., she fell in love with elder bro. after being saved by him for several times. It is very natural to love a brave, smart and nice man like then Elder brother. (looks back at Ling) Nevertheless, the reason why Elder bro. loves her is a puzzle to himself. Sec. bro. said.
心:(嘴角微揚)據二哥所說,她是被大哥救了幾次之後,就愛上他了,像以前的大哥那樣勇敢溫柔又聰明的人,愛上他倒是很自然,(回頭望靈)至於大哥爲什麼喜歡她,二哥說大哥自己也糊裡糊塗的
Ling crooks her mouth for awhile. She doesn’t believe there will be a man loves a woman without a reason. It’s just Zen, an outsider, who couldn’t comprehend it.
金靈歪了歪嘴,她不相信真有糊裡糊塗愛上一個人的事,只是童戰這個局外人不了解罷了
Shin :(looks up to sky, continues) In fact, I remember some part of then things clearly. Like once I did a very bad thing, Sec. bro. hit me and she scolded me...(lowers his head and smiles) She scolded me severely and said I can kill her if I don’t want to submit to her words. However, I didn’t dare to even touch her and felt wronged and bullied.(smiles again)
心:(望著天空,續道)說真的,那時的事有些部分我印象滿深刻的,像有次我做了件很錯的事,二哥打我,她罵我...(低頭笑了一下)狠狠的罵,還叫我不服氣可以殺她,但是我居然不敢碰她,還很委屈,認為她欺負我(又笑笑)
Ling :(slightly surprised) You are so afraid of her?
靈:(微訝)你那麼怕她?
Shin :(looks back at Ling) It’s not “afraid of”. It should be “respect”. I love Elder brother so I respect Doug. I think although I was foolish then, I had already seen her as my sister-in-law.
心:(回頭望靈)不能說是怕,應當是敬,我愛大哥所以我敬重豆豆,我想雖然那時我腦子不太清楚,可我心裏已經把她當大嫂了
Ling nods. Shin continues.
金靈點點頭,童心則繼續說
Shin: Although I don’t comprehend how their affection began, I can understand why Elder bro. loves her so much later; As in Sec. bro.’s, Yin Xiu’s story and my own fragmental memory, she is the shadow of Elder bro..No matter how Elder brother treats her, she always follows him and always thinks for him. There is almost nothing can scare her back.

Shin :(smiles) Don’t worry. After straighten out her mind, she should take the medicine even if there is no Aunty’s enforcement. For Elder bro., she will never give up her life easily. (makes a long exhaling) She is the most persistent lady I know.
心:(微笑)你放心,就算沒有姨姨逼,她想通以後應該還是會吃藥的,為了大哥,她絕不會輕易放棄生命,(喟然)她是我所認識的,最堅毅的女子
Now, a puff of wind blows over and it makes the last red leaf on a maple tree fall. Ling, then, catches it. Maybe the leaf is not the most beautiful one on this tree but, for lasting to the end, its moving red is incomparable.
此時一陣微涼的風吹過,一株楓樹上的最後一片紅葉飄落,金靈伸手接住了它,也許這片葉子不是整棵樹上最美的,但因為它堅持到了最後一刻,那份叫人心動的紅,卻是獨一無二

童媽盯著豆豆喝完了藥,扶她躺下,然後站起身來
Aunt Tung :(smiles) Take a good rest. I am going to make my forte dessert — malt candy for you!
童媽:(微笑)你好好的休息,我等會作我最拿手的麥糖給你吃!
Doug squeezes out a smile then hides into the blanket.

第二十六回—血流成河
After going back to the King’s temple, Mo Tien keeps pacing in the grand hall. The injury he got is lesser than Yin Zhong’s but his mood is annoyed. He shoots a glance at Po.
莫天回到了天王殿,在大廳裏踱著步,他的傷比尹仲輕,可是心情卻很煩躁,他瞥了童博一眼
Mo :(thinks) It is unexpected to me that creating an immortal demon-human 500 years ago is rearing a tiger to bite me! (paces for another few steps) Tung Yin-Zhong should be also hurt yet since we haven’t got the magic mirror, they must conceal it with sorcery seal. It will be hard to find it out again. During our seeking, they certainly will attack here!(turns to see Po) The most troubling thing is that Tung Po defied my order in front of my eyes and had not killed any other of them before that. (narrows his eyes) I could not apply the soul-sharing sorcery on him anymore or I will damage my vigor...It looks that I should retire my hound, Tung Po, as soon as possible....(grimly smiles) It’s fortunate that there is another way besides the magic mirror....
