Since the day Shin and Ling took the Hades sword away, under the call of Mo Tien’s evil sorcery formation, the victims who were killed by the living deads Po leads have been carried back with carriages in groups. These already dead men walked by just before Fei Tien-Feng’s eyes. After seeing several times of this, Feng feels more and more scared.
從心靈取走幽冥劍那天開始,在莫天邪陣召喚下,童博所領活屍手下的犧牲者被馬車載著一批批送回天王殿,這些本來已死的人,就這麼在飛天鳳面前走過,飛天鳳看了幾次之後,心中恐懼之念越來越盛
Feng :(thinks) This Sir Mo is too frightening. I better go as soon as possible. Yin Tien-Qi has died and the Tungs are likely to end in common ruin with Sir Mo anyway so there will be few things to terrify me in Wu-lin. As for Tung Po....(exhales) Only if are there no threat from Yu-Jian manor and Tungs, I don’t need him anymore! Ya! Just Leave! 鳳:(心想)這個莫老爺太可怕了,我還是趁早走吧,反正尹天奇已死,童氏一族多半會跟莫老爺同歸於盡的,至於童博....(吁口氣)只要沒有御劍山莊和童氏一族,我也不需要他了...對,就這麼辦!
So, after a brief preparation, Feng quietly walks out from the King’s temple.

As Po couldn’t find them and went back north to continue his human soul collecting, Shin and Ling safely returned to the Wu-Yin fort. After Yin Xiu’s treatment, Shin’s condition is stable and he only rested for 4 hours then awakes. He turns to watch Ling, who is learning sewing under the light beside his bed, and has complicated feelings. However, finally, he makes up his mind and calls Ling.
因為童博在找不到他們以後便再度返回北方蒐魂,心靈平安地回到了無銀堡,童心在隱修的治療下,他的傷並無大礙,只休息了兩個時辰就醒了,他回頭望著在燈下學著縫衣的金靈,心中百感交集,但最後,他還是作出了決定,叫了金靈一聲
Ling :(turns to look at him and smiles) Awake? Aunt Tung said the meal will be ready soon and didn’t want a madam like me messed up the kitchen so I can just try to mend your clothes. (shakes her left hand) The sewing job is surprisingly hard. I have stabbed my left hand for several times.......
靈:(回頭望他,微笑)你醒啦,童媽說飯一會就好,還叫我這大小姐別在廚房攪和,我只好試著幫你補補衣服(甩甩左手)沒想到縫衣服還挺不輕鬆的,我已經刺了自己好幾回了.......
Shin :(keeps silent for a while, seriously) Miss Ling, I have something to tell you.
心:(沉默一會,正色)靈姑娘,我有話跟你說
Seeing his earnest face, Ling puts down the clothes and watches him.
金靈看他臉色鄭重,就放下衣服望著他
Shin: For pursuing the highest achievement of sorcery, we, members of master society of Tungs, are not supposed to be married.
心:為了追求法術的最高境界,我們童氏一族長老會的人,是不能成親的
Ling :(shows a sullen face) Why do you say this to me?
靈:(臉色一沉)你跟我說這個是什麼意思?
Shin:(exhales, talks slowly) Miss Ling, these days, you helped us a lot and risked your life with us for several times. Your sentiments and zeal touched me. (lowers head) How...however, I cannot repay you. (raises head and looks straight at Ling) So, I like to swear a brother-sister oath with you and call you Sis. Ling from now on, Ok?
心:(吁口氣,緩緩地說)靈姑娘,這些日子來,承蒙你幾番相助,患難與共,款款情誼,童心並非無感,(低頭)可...可童心無以為報,(抬頭直視金靈)所以我想跟你義結金蘭,以後兄妹相稱,好嗎?
Ling :(abruptly stands up and rounds her eyes) Do you think no one wants me? Do you think I have to stick to you? Tell you what! You don’t have to draw a line between you and me in a hurry. I won’t force you to marry me! (runs out from the room)
靈:(猛然站起,瞪眼)你以為我嫁不出去了嗎?非要粘著你?告訴你!你不用急急跟我撇清關係,我不會逼你娶我的!(奔出房間)
Aunt Tung notices Ling, who was in a good mood, suddenly becomes depressed and avoids Shin when mealing. So, she invites Ling into her room after meal.
童媽見剛剛還言笑晏晏的金靈,突然變成一附有氣無力的樣子,而且在吃飯時還故意避開童心,便在飯後把金靈拉到自己房裏
Aunt Tung :(holds Ling’s hand, smiles) Miss Ling, we have gone through the moment when our fate hung in the balance, we haven’t been familiar enough with each other, though. Are you willing to talk with me?
童媽:(微笑拉著金靈手)靈姑娘,雖然一起經歷過生死關頭,可我還沒跟你好好認識一下呢,你願意跟我聊聊嗎?
Ling keeps quiet. Aunt Tung, then, talks about some casual things with her first and gradually turns the subject to Shin. Feeling Aunt Tung’s sincere concern, Ling speaks the fact that Shin wants to be a sworn-brother of her.
金靈不語,童媽便先跟她隨便聊聊,然後話題轉到童心身上,在童媽真誠的關心下,金靈說出童心欲跟自己結拜之事
Ling:(with tears in her eyes) Frankly, at Now, I...I don’t exactly understand why I was so pissed off....It should be great to have a brother like him....(wipes her tears off)
靈:(眼中含淚)其實現在想想,我...我也不知我為什麼要生氣...有他這麼一個哥哥,不也挺好的麼....(伸手拭淚)
Aunt Tung utters a deep sigh and holds Ling’s shoulder then tells her the story heard from Zen about Shin and Xiao-Dao.
童媽深深嘆了一聲,摟住金靈肩頭,把自己跟童戰打聽來的童心和小刀的事告訴了金靈
Aunt Tung :(tender voice) He can’t forget Xiao-Dao so is afraid that he can’t reciprocate your love. Shin just doesn’t want to impede you from gaining real happiness. Don’t blame him.
童媽:(溫柔的語氣)他心中放不下小刀,覺得自己沒法回報你的真情,所以不想誤你一生,你別怪他
Ling :(looks forward and talks slowly) In fact, when being with him, I have not thought of marriage yet. I just like to be company with him. (stops for a while then shows a sweet expression) As watching him concentrating on applying sorcery, I respect him very much. I feel safe beside him. That’s all. (stops awhile then looks at Aunt Tung) I, indeed, have no intention to compete for anything with that Xiao-Dao. It’s just that she is dead, right? She is unable to hold a sword and stand beside him to fight, right? Then, I will do it. It’s for her, too! (stands up) Aunt Tung, I thank you for telling me all these. Knowing that he is not a hard-hearted man, I will not regret loving him. If he really doesn’t want to be with me, after everything ends, I am not gonna tail him anymore. So, this hypocritical sworn-brotherhood is also unnecessary! (turns to leave)
靈:(眼望前方,悠悠地說)其實我跟他在一起時,並沒想到成親什麼的,我只是喜歡跟著他,(頓了一頓,露出溫柔的神情)當我看著他專心施法術的樣子時,我很敬佩他,在他身邊我很安心,如此而已(頓了一頓,轉頭望著童媽)我呢,沒有要跟那個叫小刀的爭什麼,只是她已經死了不是?不能再拿著劍站在他身邊幫他打架了不是?那就我來做囉,也算是幫她做嘛!(站起身來)童媽,謝謝您跟我說了這些,現在知道他並非無情之人,我也不再後悔對他好,他若不想跟我在一起,等一切了結後,我不會再纏著他的,所以假惺惺的結拜,也不必了!(轉身離開)
Aunt Tung: (sighs) These three brothers are all fortunate. The girls they met are loving them so much. However, why couldn’t any one of them live with his lover in peace.....
童媽:(嘆了一聲)這三兄弟前世積德,遇到的都是些痴心的好姑娘,可是怎麼就沒一個能跟這些姑娘好好過日子呢........
About midnight, Ling, who has tossed and turned for quite a while, finally feels sleepy. Nevertheless, rounds of woo from the owls outside and some sounds of walking and talking wake her. She gets up and walks outside. A servant hurriedly comes to inform her.
時至中夜,輾轉難眠的金靈好不容易有了點睡意,卻聽得外面一陣陣夜梟(貓頭鷹)的叫聲,然後似乎有些人的走動聲和語聲,金靈起身走到房外,一個家僕匆匆來報
Servant: Madam, your guests, those gentlemen of Tungs, say their owls detected a thief but they don’t dare to act at will so they want me to request your instruction.
僕:小姐,您的客人,那些姓童的大爺們說是他們養的夜貓子發現了賊人,可他們不敢亂走,要小的來請示您如何處置
Ling :(frowns) Although Wu-Yin fort was burnt once, we do still have fame in Wu-lin. How could a usual thief dare to sneak in here? Could it be his darn Elder brother again? (watches servant) Where is the thief?
靈:(皺眉)無銀堡雖遭火劫,江湖上威名尚在,尋常宵小怎敢侵入?難道又是他那個臭大哥?(望著家僕)在哪兒發現的?
The servant says it’s just at a garden nearby. Ling, then, brings her sword and takes a shortcut there. Nevertheless, she finds no one at that garden. Ling, after a brief thinking, decides to go back to the main bedrooms. To her surprise, she sees a sneaky person outside her parents’ room so she tries to cautiously approach that person. Yet, that one is very wary and tends to flee away once she finds Ling’s approaching. Ling recognizes her as soon as sees her moving skill.
家僕說就在附近花園中,金靈便提劍抄小路過去,可是在那花園中卻沒看到人,金靈想了一想回到主內堂,竟在她父母房外看到一個鬼祟身影,她試圖靠近那人,那人卻很機警,發現金靈靠近後,立刻飛身而走,金靈一看到她的身法,馬上認出了她
Ling :(angrily shouts) Fei Tien-Feng! How dare you come again? (urgently begins to chase)
靈:(怒吼)飛天鳳!你還敢來?(急追而去)
It turned to be that after departed from the King’s temple, Fei Tien-Feng decided to go far away to avoid the coming war between good and evil. However, this long travel needs money so she slips into the Wu-Yin fort once more to steal some valuables. She thought she can elude from a few guards left here and smoothly do this by according to the route and trap locations she remembered last time. To her surprise, there are Tungs here and her movement is just caught by the owls of eagle team.
原來飛天鳳離開天王殿後,為了避開即將來臨的正邪劇鬥,決定離開中土,遠走他鄉,可這需要盤纏,所以她再次潛入無銀堡,想偷點值錢東西,她認為以上次觀察到的路徑和機關所在,她可以避過無銀堡所剩不多的守衛,順利得手,但飛天鳳沒料到會有童氏族人在此,她的行蹤被鷹组蒼梟逮個正著
Now she is tending to escape from Wu-Yin fort by traveling along the remembered route yet when she arrives a little yard, Ling unexpectedly jumps out from a moon gate in right front of her. Feng hurriedly turns around and dashes away while Ling suddenly kicks a flower pot to make it turn half a round. Then, after a round of clangs, four pieces of iron fences stretch from the ground and enclose Feng. Feng intends to get out from the top yet the top is sealed by another piece of iron fence in no time. She looks back and sees Ling walks toward her step by step while holding the Frozen-cyan.
此時她循著記熟的路徑想逃出無銀堡,可是當她轉進一個小院,金靈竟從她前方側邊一個月洞門中竄了出來,飛天鳳連忙回身急奔,金靈突然一腳踢在一個花盆上,把花盆踢的轉了半個圈,只聽的鏗鏘聲響,四面鐵柵從地面伸出,把飛天鳳關在裡面,飛天鳳想從上躍出,可連上面都立刻被另一片鐵柵封住,她回頭一看,金靈拿著凝碧劍,正一步步走過來
Ling :(deep voice) I, though, haven’t learned all defensive mechanisms yet, I am the daughter of Jin’s! I am not so ropy to let a scum like you pass in and out my home at will!
靈:(沉聲)我雖然沒能學會所有機關,可我是金家的女兒!還沒淪落到讓你這種惡賊在我家隨意進出的地步!
Feng :(puts up a pleasing face hurriedly) Miss...Miss Jin...You must be a lenient and forgiving lady...I...I have been rude to your parents but...but that’s against my true will. Now, I sincerely repent of that. Really! (puts things in her hand and a cloth wrapper on the ground) These are things from here. Please take them back. And, I...I promise I must not come here again...
鳳:(連忙陪笑)金...金姑娘...您...大人不記小人過...我之前冒犯了令尊令堂,也是...受人所迫,現今我真的很後悔,真的!(把手上一些東西和背上一個包袱放在地上)這些貴府的東西,您拿回去,我...我保證絕不再來騷擾貴府了....
Ling glances the things on the ground then stares at her again. While she recognized a hairpin on Feng’s head, Ling is all-raging.
金靈看了地上東西一眼,又抬頭盯著她,當她發現飛天鳳頭上一隻髮釵,不禁怒火中燒
Ling :(yells) How dare you touch my mother’s gold hairpin!!(sends out a fierce slash)
靈:(大吼)你敢拿我娘的金釵!!(一劍揮出)
With a loud crash sound, the iron fence before Feng is cut half and her upper abdomen is seriously injured. Ling, with rounded eyes, tends to further thrust Feng, who has fallen on the ground, but her right hand is hold.
只聽得乓的一聲,飛天鳳身前的鐵柵被劍芒劈成兩半,連她的胸腹之間也受重創,金靈眼睛一瞪,還想一劍刺向倒在地上的飛天鳳,右手卻被握住
Shin :(solemn voice) Miss Ling, do you forget what you promised me?
心:(鄭重的聲音)靈姑娘,你忘了答應過我什麼了?
Ling :(all-tears) This goddamn woman not only murdered my parents...(points to Feng) but put my mother’s gold hairpin on her dirty head!!
靈:(淚流滿面)這個惡女人不但害死了我爹娘...(指著飛天鳳)還把我娘的金釵插在她的髒頭上!!
Feng :(takes the hairpin off and hands toward Ling) I...I just forget to...to take it off...Please...don’t kill me...
鳳:(把釵拔下遞向金靈)我...我只是忘記拿...拿下來...求你...不要殺我...
Shin :(severely looks at Ling) Miss Ling, you know our tribe code. Now she is defenseless and I definitely won’t let you kill her.
心:(正色望著金靈)靈姑娘,你知道我們族規,如今她無還手之力,我絕不會任由你殺她!
Ling, with extremely angry face, turns to face another side. Shin, then, goes to take over the hairpin.
金靈滿臉憤激之色,轉過身去,童心便去接過了金釵
Shin :(sees Feng) Our famous doctor, Yin Xiu, is just here. Fei Tien-Feng, go find him at the west wing-rooms right now.
心:(望著天鳳)我們族中神醫隱修就在這,飛天鳳你趕快到西廂房找他
Feng :(exerts herself to stand up while covering her wound) I...I don’t trust you...you will have good intentions to me...If you don’t kill me...let me go!
鳳:(扶著傷口勉力站起)我可...可不相信你,你們....會安什麼好心.....你們不殺我....就放我走!
Shin looks back at Ling and sighs then he gives a hint to Feng with his eyes. Feng, then, struggles to leave. Later, Shin holds Ling’s left hand up and puts the hairpin on it. Ling squints at him for a while then returns to the main bedrooms.
童心回頭看了金靈一眼,暗嘆一聲,向飛天鳳使個眼色,飛天鳳便掙扎地走了,童心拉住金靈左手,把釵放在她手裡,金靈斜瞪他一眼,轉身走回主內堂
After escaped from the Wu-Yin fort, Feng went to regular doctors first. Yet, those doctors all say that her nerves are hurt and the martial art level of her will be severely lessened even if she survives her wound. Feng realizes that she will be killed by enemy if she loses her martial art. Therefore, after a long pondering, she decides to go back to the King’s temple and begs Mo Tien to save her!
飛天鳳離開無銀堡後,先去找了尋常大夫,可是那些大夫都說她的傷深及經脈,就算保得一命,武功必會大損,飛天鳳知道自己武功若失,遇上仇家一定沒命,左思右想之後,決定回天王殿求莫天!
Feng :(thinks) Sir Mo is so capable and it should be easy for him to totally cure my wound. His goal must be conquering the Wu-lin then he definitely needs some trusted followers. Only Tung Po is absolutely not enough. If only I keep showing my loyalty to him, he won’t blame me much for my running away in this critical, subordinate-needing time for him!
鳳:(心想)莫老爺本事那麼大,治好我的傷應是易如反掌,他的目的,無非是稱霸武林,那麼他一定需要親信,童博一個是絕對不夠的,只要我繼續表現得對他忠心,他在用人之際,應該不會計較我的私逃!
